Operations and maintenance are critical functions in manufacturing and process plants. Timely and planned O&M activities can save money and increase revenue for a company. We provide complete O&M services, including erection, commissioning, and day-to-day maintenance. We provide AMC services by mobilizing semi-skilled and skilled personnel, who are overseen by our technical industry experts. We have a strong team of technicians, supervisors, operators, engineers, and site managers on our payroll for annual operation and maintenance contracts with short and long-term durations. We also appoint an HR / Technical Supervisor at a site/location if necessary to monitor day-to-day work progress, address issues, and manage local compliances for smooth coordination with the clients’ team. In our O&M outsourcing model, we not only provide the resources, but we also take responsibility and ownership for reducing the workload of our clients.

Our Roles & Responsibilities in O&M

We offer Annual Operation and Maintenance Contracts (AMC) in Electrical, Instrumentation, and Mechanical. The day-to-day operation, includes production planning, estimation, scheduling, and execution. Monitoring performance and improving efficiency Improve O&M systems, processes, and policies. Regular client review meetings on day-to-day operations activities/progress. Complete facility, plant, and utility maintenance. Routine maintenance and responding to equipment faults Assisting clients with quality inspections. Coordination with the client’s other departments as needed. Adherence to and improvement of Health, Safety, and Environment policies and procedures.
